Overview

Join our team as an HR Executive and play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and success! This full-time position requires an on-site work arrangement, giving you the opportunity to work directly within our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Design compensation and benefits packages.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels.
  • Implement performance review procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain high engagement.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding process for a new employees. 
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
  • Manage employee attendance portal. 
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents like employment contracts.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years in HR, with a focus on technical recruitment.
  • Multi Tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role within Software industry. 
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field from a reputable institute.
