Overview
Join our team as an HR Executive and play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and success! This full-time position requires an on-site work arrangement, giving you the opportunity to work directly within our dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Implement performance review procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain high engagement.
- Develop and maintain onboarding process for a new employees.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Manage employee attendance portal.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Prepare and manage HR documents like employment contracts.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years in HR, with a focus on technical recruitment.
- Multi Tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role within Software industry.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
- Demonstrable leadership abilities.
- Solid communication skills.
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field from a reputable institute.
